Welcome! I am Lorraine J. Kellum (M.A.), a solutions-focused policy strategist living in Germany. I use psychological principles to support the development of public policies and practices that reflect 21st century democratic ideals.

I have lived across Europe, Africa, and Asia and have worked in both governmental and non-governmental contexts.
